Total prices are inclusive and a team of professional cleaners £25.50 – per hour weekly £30.50 – per hour fortnightly TENEMENT CLEANING 2 landings – 4 staircases – £155 3 landings – 6 staircases – £195 4 landings – 8 staircases – £245 Click for more offers There is a minimum requirement of 3 hours per session or a 2-landing communal area, at the rate of £25.50 per hour weekly or 5 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £30.50 per hour. Monthly cleaning requires a minimum of 6 hours per session at the price of £37.50 per hour. We want our cleaners to be happy in the job they do. For rural areas where transportation is difficulty, our prices will differ. If your area falls in this category, we will inform you during booking We supply all materials.
